Project Organiser: INPRO

The seminar will take place between 23rd of February and the 1st of March 2025 in Rzeszow, Poland.

Overall goal: coming together with young people from different countries to work on projects, share experiences, and take part in fun and meaningful activities.

Project objectives: use the power of imagery to tackle global challenges and raise awareness of the Sustainable Development Goals.

Working language: English.

Number of participants: 5 + 1 group leader.

Ideal Participant profile:

• Youth leader, youth worker, educator, trainer, facilitator, mentor, or teachers;

• Motivated individual eager to learn about photography;

• Must be at least 18 years old with a good knowledge of English.

Important information:

Accommodation, food, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.

Travel cost limits: reimbursed up to €275 directly by the organizer (no money goes through YYSK).
Each participant is individually responsible for the planning and implementation of the trip.

Extremely important: Keep all travel receipts and tickets for reimbursement, as the participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according their instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organizers or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to take out health insurance, which is valid in Poland.

• Only purchase tickets after receiving written confirmation from the organizers.

• All participants must attend all sessions and participate in dissemination activities afterwards.
