Ensure alignment and coordination of messages across partner universities and task groups.

  • Implement and sustain a strategic PR approach – Act as the primary media contact and lead media engagement efforts to elevate EULiST’s profile. Coordinate the drafting and distribution of press releases, develop media kits, secure earned media coverage, and build strong relationships with journalists and institutional communication leads.

  • Coordinate communication governance – Chair the EULiST PR Unit, organize regular coordination meetings with communication representatives from member institutions, and collaborate closely with the Secretary General.

  • Manage communications infrastructure and workflows – Oversee the use and continuous improvement of communication resources such as a shared digital asset library, CRM platform, brand and style guides, and templates for publications and promotional materials.
