Job description

We are looking for a Junior Business Developer with passion for technology. This role blends sales expertise with technical knowledge to help grow our customer base, strengthen relationships with key clients, and promote our product line to a global audience.

Who are we looking for

About you

  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in technical sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in technology.

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM or business.

  • Client-oriented approach.

  • Experience in sales and marketing is an advantage.

  • Fluent communication and presentation in English.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

  • Interested in defense & aerospace trends.

  • Interested in hardware, software, and AI development.

Pluses

  • You know Who’s Who in the drone industry or have experience in drone development.

  • Easy to meet new people and build relationships.

  • Conversational German or French.

  • Experience or hobby as a drone pilot / operator.

  • Experiences from attending trade shows, industry conferences.

  • Experience with content marketing and social media.

  • Experience with graphic design and print (e.g., Figma, Inkscape).

  • Experience with web design and Wordpress.

  • Technical Insights

    • Understand and explain the technical aspects of our products.

    • Provide technical support and guidance to customers.

    • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings.

  • Customer Support & Communication:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients.

    • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure customer feedback is considered.

    • Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, and training sessions for clients.

  • Market & Sales Analysis:

    • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

    • Generate reports on sales performance.

    • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
