Technical Sales Specialist

We are looking for a Technical Sales Specialist with passion for technology and understanding of drones or aerospace components. This role blends sales expertise with technical knowledge to help grow our customer base, strengthen relationships with key clients, and promote our product line to a global audience.

About you

• At least 2-3 years of work experience in technical sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the aerospace, drone, or technology sector.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering preferred) or Business.

• Client-oriented approach.

• Experience in sales and marketing.

• Fluent communication and presentation in English.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

• Interested in defense & aerospace trends.

• Interested in hardware, software, and AI development.

Pluses

• You know Who’s Who in the drone industry or have experience in drone development.

• Easy to meet new people and build relationships.

• Conversational German or French.

• Experience or hobby as a drone pilot / operator.

• Experiences from attending trade shows, industry conferences.

• Experience with content marketing and social media.

• Experience with graphic design and print (e.g., Figma, Inkscape).

• Experience with web design and Wordpress.

• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

• Generate reports on sales performance.

• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
