Visegrad Youth Entrepreneurial Virtual Program is an accessible experience for young individuals who are keen to develop their entrepreneurial skills and create a positive impact in their communities. We are looking for about 50 young people from Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia to participate in a three-phase program.
IDEATION WEEKEND
December 10 - 12, 2021
The Ideation weekend will be built on Design thinking and we will cover the stages of Empathize, Define, Ideate, and Listen from the methodology. The aim of the event is to generate the first ideas for projects on which the participants will be working in the next phases of the project. We will create small teams of likely-minded students, who have similar interests and are willing to work together.
PROJECT QUEST
January 10, 2022 - March 12, 2022
During the Project quest, the students’ project created during the Ideation weekend will receive mentoring and will be further developed. There will be overall 3 mentoring sessions each month from January to March, each lasting two hours and will be run in small groups. These meetings will serve as a support network for staying focused on the project ideas and receiving peer advice.
SHOWCASE DAY
April 9, 2022
The 1-day online event will serve as the closing, reflection, and celebration of the whole program. During the event will be presented all the final outcomes from student projects developed during the Ideation Weekend and Project Quest stages, together will all the successes and challenges faced along the way.
The project is financed by the International Visegrad Fund. The mission of the Fund is to advance ideas for sustainable regional cooperation in Central Europe.
