TrustPay, a leading payment institution, is seeking an Account Manager for international clients. This position requires excellent communication skills in English (minimum C1 level), experience in account management is an advantage. We are looking for a flexible, outgoing and communicative person who does not mind occasional traveling for work purposes.
Relationship management with existing clients
Cross-selling of products to existing clients
Onboarding of inbound leads
Onboarding support for the Sales department
Communication with clients and existing foreign partners
Communication with other internal departments to solve clients' problems and improve their experience
Ability to effectively manage and develop relationships with international clients
Experience in financial services or payment systems is an advantage
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
