Legal Operations Associate

As a Legal Operations Associate, you will be responsible for taking care of existing and potential clients enabling them to smoothly sail through the trademark registration process.

You will have a crucial role in the legal operations team, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. This includes drafting and submitting trademark applications; interacting with clients to guide them through any issues that may arise - and anticipate that there will be many; processing simple submissions and office actions; and communicating with IP offices around the globe.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong motivation for accomplishing tasks and tackling problems head-on. You should be disciplined, reliable, and good at efficiently identifying and resolving issues. Your approach to work is best described by the order you create.

Exceptional communication skills are paramount; you should find it easy to initiate and sustain conversations. We are seeking a full-time candidate with experience in operations within a client-centric environment, ideally from a law firm. The role doesn't require legal experience but is best suited for those who are passionate about the law or wish to pursue a career in a non-traditional legal setting. It offers a unique opportunity to engage in legal operations, project management, and legal design within a modern and innovative context. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written at a C1 level, is essential.
