About the position
Join our fast-growing legal-tech company as a Sales Associate and be part of our dynamic customer success and sales team. We are dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction and delivering an exceptional user experience.
We are looking for a very well-organized individual who will become a part of our team and help us manage our customer's queries. You will guide customers through the trademark registration process and closely work with the legal team, contributing to our goal to provide the best customer experience.
Your primary responsibility will be managing customer inquiries and fostering strong relationships to drive sales. You will play a pivotal role in guiding customers through the trademark registration process while collaborating closely with our legal team. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to deliver unparalleled customer experiences.
While previous experience in the legal field is advantageous, it is not mandatory. We provide comprehensive onboarding and ongoing support to empower you for success in this role.
Your responsibilities
Help our customers understand the trademarking process and the importance of brand protection and thus will have an essential role in sales.
Proactively communicate with potential customers, answer their calls and emails professionally and provide clients with great customer support.
Guide customers through the trademark registration process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Collaborate closely with the legal team to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes and customer success strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and legal requirements to provide informed guidance to clients.
Customer-oriented with great communication skills and sales-oriented mindset
Good problem-solving skills, process-oriented mindset, and good task management
Ability and interest in resolving customers’ concerns and answering customers’ questions
Previous experience with customer success or/and sales (nice to have, not a must)
Good English in speaking and writing
Support in your professional growth, detailed feedback, and mentoring
