We’re looking for a copywriter who understands direct response marketing and knows how to extract clarity from complexity.
Here’s what you’ll be working on:
🧠 Event Naming & Headlines
Naming an event is both an art and a science. At ByWednesday, we’re pioneering that science. You’ll get the topic and angle — your job is to craft headlines and subheadlines that resonate with our target audience and make people want to attend.
🌐 Landing Pages
Every webinar comes with a custom landing page. We need you to present the value of the event through words — what the audience will learn, why it matters, and who it’s for — in simple, compelling language.
💬 LinkedIn Invite & Conversion Messages
Many of our leads come through organic outreach. You’ll craft concise, persuasive LinkedIn messages — from the first invite to post-event follow-ups — that feel human, valuable, and spark the right conversations.
📬 Email Sequences (Before the Event)
Once people register, we keep them engaged through value-driven email sequences. These emails introduce the client’s narrative, share real case studies, and build anticipation.
🎯 Conversion Emails (After the Event)
Post-event, we shift into conversion mode. You’ll write follow-up emails that turn passive attendees into active leads. This is where persuasion and timing meet.
📢 Ad Headlines & Creative Briefs
When we run paid campaigns, we need short, punchy, high-converting headlines. You’ll distill the essence of the event and work with designers to turn ideas into powerful visuals and copy combinations.

Are fluent in english language
Write for results — and love the psychology of conversion
Have experience with direct response copywriting
Can turn complex topics into simple, valuable messages
Understand B2B buyer psychology
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion, etc.) to support your workflow, not think for you
Are looking for long-term freelance work with flexibility and ownership
