Job description

As an Learning and Organizational Development (LOD) Intern you will support the HR, Learning and Organizational Development (HRLOD) department to support the Habitat Area Offices of the 2 regions EME and Africa.

The main responsibilities would be:

• Support the LOD Manager in all key Learning and Organizational Development projects and initiatives
• Support with organization and coordination of weekly all staff meetings
• Support with organization and coordination of quarterly knowledge sharing virtual events and/or in-person events
• Support with organization of training agenda (roster management, desk-top research)
• Research on current and future HR trends
• Other agenda relating to learning and development of employees

Who are we looking for

  • Must be a full-time university student

  • Excellent English (written and spoken)

  • Proactive approach and ability to work independently; reliability; with learning mindset

  • Strong service and client orientation and professionalism in writing and speaking

  • Ability to handle tasks from start to finish

  • Interest in a long-term internship for at least a year

  • Digital skills (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), any database or knowledge system is welcomed
