What would be your responsibilities?
- Create compelling job postings
- Proactively identify and engage top-tier candidates
- Streamline the application and screening process
- Coordinate and participate in interviews and assessments
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Assist with tasks related to onboarding
- Stay ahead of HR best practices in recruitment across EME and National Organizations
- Maintain accurate employee attendance records
- Contribute on regular revision and update of HR related documentation
- Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle
- Support electronic files and paper documentation archiving.
- Cooperate on events organization
- Assist with various HR projects and initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent)
- 1+ year of experience in HR, administration, or an international environment (including internships).
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and politely
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to assertively tackle issues and handle these from start to finish
- Proactive approach and ability to work independently
- Strong service and client orientation and professionalism in writing and speaking
- Ability to prioritize and good orientation to detail
- Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work with diverse teams
