Group COO

The largest and fastest growing CEE Veterinary Care platform is looking for a strong operational leader.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the whole organization in Czech Republic and Slovakia. Your primary goal will be to increase our organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability. For this, you will be directly in charge of a skilled VetCare holding team (currently 6 people) and indirectly steering the organization of 200+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Group annual operation strategy

• Oversee, evaluate and improve day-to-day operations of SK and CZ leading VetCare hospitals (9 in total)

• Identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth and improve margin on a group level as well as on a single hospital level

• Present operational strategy recommendations to Investors based on your market research

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of executive experience

• Strategic planning and business development experience

• Strong written and verbal and presentation skills with an emphasis on empathic communication

• Strong leadership, organizational and problem solving skills

• Experience in out-of-pocket paid healthcare operations is an advantage (e.g. Drugstores, Dental clinics, Corrective dermatology or Ophthalmology clinics)
