Social Media Manager/Marketing manager (with passion for mental health)

Creating social media strategy from scratch and then executing it - which social media we will use, how often we will post, and what. For starters, we want to be active on at least one social media (probably Instagram) and then we can eventually add other social media.

Long story short, we are going to be in several national Slovak media during the autumn and we would like to leverage that into attracting fans on social media. Later on, our cooperation can have a broader marketing nature including public relations (PR) and/or user acquisition for our product using various marketing channels. Also, part-time cooperation might result in a full-time job offer.

Alignment with our purpose, values, and company culture are the main criteria for us. Our purpose is to help people believe they can achieve anything in their personal and professional life. And we are starting by helping them get access to low-cost, high-quality therapy. Our 4 main values are - Love, Courage, Solution Focus, and Purpose. We can definitely dive deeper into what exactly that means for us.

We are a self-managing/teal organization inspired by Frederic Laloux Reinventing Organizations book. What does it mean? There will be as much guidance as possible all the way of course, but you will need to be able to define your scope of work, be responsible for the results, and even define your own salary - which will be also completely transparent to every member of the company, etc.

You will have complete freedom and also responsibility firstly for our social media and potentially for the whole marketing strategy (If you would wish so, if not we will hire another person for that in the future). So being both autonomous and responsible is a great plus.

Another great plus is being passionate about self-development and mental health so the posts on social media can be really authentic.

Last but not least plus would be if you like to learn new things - since we are a startup, our marketing needs in 1-2 months might vary significantly from now.

We are working on creating 1st fully autonomous AI-powered virtual therapist named Sarah that will be hopefully able to provide the same quality of therapy as a human therapist but for 1/10 of the cost and available nonstop to millions of people all around the World at all times.

Why I started the company (Direct speech from Valerián Lukačko)

The reason why I started the company was that I myself was dealing with several different mental health issues throughout my life. I know how painful it could be and how much mental energy it costs a person to deal with such mental health challenges on a daily basis without any help. The valuable mental energy that the person could otherwise spend building deep relationships with people around them, taking good care of themselves, learning new things, and following their purpose or passion.

I also experienced a situation where I knew I had a severe mental health challenge and I wanted to seek professional help but I didn't know where to find it, I definitely couldn't afford to pay for it and I was very much afraid to share my experience with any other human being, let alone some human therapist I am just meeting for the first time.

If we do a GREAT job at Happynea then nobody will ever have to experience that and nobody would feel completely alone when tackling their mental health challenges. On the other hand, people will have much more mental energy to focus on doing things that actually help them feel happy and fulfilled.
