As our Affiliate Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing, managing, and scaling our Affiliate Program across Europe. Your mission will be to explore and identify the right marketing and sales channels, recruit new affiliates, and develop strategies that significantly increase the number of orders via our affiliate network.
You will craft compelling incentive programs to motivate and retain affiliates, ensuring the continual growth and success of our affiliate program.
On the call with our potential affiliate partners with our multilingual team you will be looking for the best cooperation setup.
What will you do:
Research & Exploration: Identify and evaluate potential affiliate marketing/sales channels and partners across various European countries.
Strategy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive strategies to boost affiliate-driven orders, including promotional campaigns and exclusive offers.
Affiliate Recruitment: Actively seek out and onboard new affiliates with a focus on those that align with our brand and customer base. It isn’t just about spreading the word about the affiliate program online, this is a product you will be selling to potential partners (mix of marketing and sales).
Affiliate Management: Serve as the main point of contact for affiliates, providing support and fostering strong, productive relationships.
Incentive Programs: Design and manage incentive schemes to encourage and reward outstanding affiliate performance.
Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze program effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed to meet and exceed performance targets.
Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends and affiliate marketing best practices to keep our program competitive and innovative.
Based on our market knowledge we assume that our most focused partners will be car registration offices, automotive websites, forums, magazines and also state authorities, as the COC is a document obligatory by law required for the car registration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within the e-commerce sector.
Proven track record of developing and managing successful affiliate programs.
Strong understanding of the European market and its diverse marketing channels.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to foster relationships.
Analytical mindset with experience in performance analysis and reporting.
Creative and strategic thinker, capable of crafting innovative growth strategies.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
