Position: Assistant of CEO in Sales

About the role:
This is a unique opportunity for a smart, self-driven student to work closely with the CEO on sales and business development. You'll gain first-hand experience in startup operations, contribute directly to growth activities, and develop skills that will stay with you for the long run.
What you’ll do:
Support the CEO with day-to-day sales activities and planning
Research new leads and market opportunities in different regions
Create sales presentations, outreach materials, and proposals
Help plan and execute email campaigns and manage responses
Communicate with international prospects and partners
Keep CRM and reporting up to date
Join meetings and follow up on action items
Use AI tools to speed up tasks, research, and content generation
Who you are:
A university student or recent graduate in business, marketing, economics, or a related field
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Fluency in German or Polish is a big advantage
Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, etc., or excited to learn
Proactive, curious, and independent — you don’t wait for instructions
Organized and analytical, with an eye for detail
Genuinely interested in startups, tech, or the culture/tourism sectors
Personal or side projects that show ownership and initiative are highly valued
