What will you do?
Develop business & innovation strategies for startups, corporates, or universities
Support the execution of startup acceleration programs and competitions
Scout for investable startups with high-growth potential
Sustain and develop a network of innovation experts, investors, and partners
Conduct market research and business analysis of different industries
Facilitate open innovation activities that nurture the local innovation ecosystem
Develop convincing funding and investment proposals for our clients
Co-design and co-facilitate workshops on corporate innovations, design thinking etc.
Who are we looking for?
Up to 2 years of work experience after your graduation – we are looking for someone who is acquainted with the dynamics of having a full-time job
Master’s degree from a university – our team consists of professionals with different academic backgrounds ranging from economics, social sciences, to life sciences
Strong written and oral communication skills in Slovak and English – we are an international company, and most project-related work requires advanced use of spoken and written English
You are a self-starter – you can work independently, taking the initiative to advance projects and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment
You are passionate about innovation, technology, and social impact – we are looking for individuals who are interested in topics like sustainability, smart cities, healthcare etc.
You have strong business analytical skills – we challenge business models of newly established ventures or lead interesting projects which require good thinkers
You have a convincing communication style, and public speaking skills – our team members need to formulate their own opinion, backed up with arguments and confidence
You thrive in a team, but you also are an independent thinker – teamwork is crucial to our success, both on the local and international level
What do we offer?
Remuneration for this position starts at 1600 Eur brutto, but the final offer depends on the overall quality and experience of the candidate
Salary re-evaluation every six months based on performance reviews. Strong performers can be promoted to a higher position within 1-3 years
Employees receive one extra salary as a bonus if the office meets its financial targets
We offer the typical 20 vacation days and 7 sick & recovery days. Any overtime hours can be taken out as extra vacation
2 days off in case of special occasions or family emergency
