Job Title: Chamber Coordinator (m/f)
The British Chamber of Commerce is looking for a passionate team-player with excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills for the position of a Chamber Coordinator.

Job description, responsibilities and duties:
If you join us, you will be a part of great local as well as international community. You will be in charge of following areas or you will provide support to the Chamber team:
Office management – update and maintain the company CRM system and databases in MS Office365, administrate shared drives, communicate with external suppliers including specifically bookkeepers etc., distribute post, take notes at the meetings, produce reports, provide ad hoc administration and general duties.
Member marketing help with gathering and preparation materials for newsletters, website and social media communication (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), including usage of basic graphics design (Canva).
Member events – support the Chamber team in identifying, developing and managing events for members including sponsorship, events plans and budgets, photo shooting and photo editing. Survey and record suggestions from membership to ensure that events are meeting their needs.
Member administration – maintain overview of all members at all times, in terms of membership fees, credit control, initiating invoicing procedures, contracts with members, prepare reports.
Project coordination – administration of tasks and deadlines, process overview

Your Slovak is perfect and English is fluent;
Min. 2 years working experience.
Job is suitable for students (3rd grade +) too.
Other preferred but not obligatory qualities would include:
University degree and/or professional business qualifications;
· Web content management – upper intermediate, experience with WordPress – is an advantage;
· Creation of videos, stories, reels – is an advantage;
· You have probably previous experience of working as Marketing Coordinator, Communication Specialist, Assistant, Events Coordinator, Back office Coordinator – but maybe others fit too!

Form of cooperation: invoice / IČO (trade licence) - part time or full time, the final decision will be agreed based on the candidates pool.
Minimum offered salary: 6,50€/hour gross – depends on experience
