The British Chamber of Commerce is looking for a Chamber Coordinator, first as part time job, later possibly to full time job. You are a motivated self-starter and team-player and you like to work with people. You are possessing with good organisational and interpersonal skills, and you have a fluent English and perfect Slovak.
Job description, responsibilities and duties:
If you join us, you will be a part of great local as well as international community. You will be in charge of following areas or you will provide support to the Chamber team:
Office management – update and maintain the company CRM system and databases in MS Office365, administrate shared drives, communicate with external suppliers including specifically bookkeepers etc., distribute post, take notes at the meetings, produce reports, provide ad hoc administration and general duties.
Member marketing – take the lead on marketing to members both through traditional means (newsletters, direct mails) as well as website updates and social media communication (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter). including usage of basic graphics design (Canva).
Member events – support the Chamber team in identifying, developing and managing events for members including sponsorship, events plans and budgets, photo shooting and photo editing. In alignment with the team-prepare, write, design and edit Chamber material (newsletters, invitations, agendas, mailings, etc.). Survey and record suggestions from membership to ensure that events are meeting their needs.
Member administration – maintain overview of all members at all times, in terms of membership fees, credit control, initiating invoicing procedures, contracts with members, prepare reports.

your Slovak is perfect and English is fluent;
Other preferred knowledge and qualities would include:
. Experience with Back office administration
· Web content management – intermediate, experience with WordPress
· Social media - intermediate
· Project management
· Event management
· Experience of photo shooting, using publisher and/or graphics editors (e.g., Canva);
· Creation of videos, stories, reels – is an advantage;
· You have probably previous experience of working as Assistant, Backoffice Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator, Events Coordinator, – but maybe others fit too!
