As Engineering Operations Specialist, you’ll be expected to:
Maintain processes in the engineering department
Coordinate requests between Engineering and Sales/Client services
Communicate with different stakeholders, aiming for mutual understanding and win-win outcomes
Help to manage Engineering Operations projects – process improvements, tool migrations, compliance preparations
Clear communication.
Problem solving mindset.
Good knowledge of Excel
Communication level of English
Experience from a B2B or B2C SaaS/Technology company
Experience working with engineering teams
