Procurement Professional – IT/Technology Category (DACH)

We’re looking for an experienced Procurement Professional to lead high-impact sourcing & contracting projects across the IT/Technology category (Hardware, Software, Telecoms & IT Managed Services) within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

Your Mission 

As a Procurement Manager– IT/Technology Category (DACH), you will: 

• Own strategic sourcing projects — from co-creating strategy, negotiating supplier contracts, driving award decisions, to executing impactful business cases 

• Partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Legal, InfoSec, Contract Managers, etc.) to deliver smart, scalable procurement solutions 

• Act as a thought partner, bringing fresh ideas to the table on automation, innovation, and procurement excellence 

• Provide project reporting, guide colleagues, and help elevate category knowledge across the team 

• Drive tangible value by delivering real savings, robust contracts, and improved supplier performance 

• 7+ years of relevant procurement experience — with 2+ years in IT/Tech sourcing and contracting 

• Strong command of English (C1) and German (B2) 

• Deep understanding of procurement regulations in DACH/Europe and a knack for managing subcontractor relationships 

• Proven ability to manage data, develop pricing models, and interpret complex commercial proposals 

• Strong negotiation & influencing skills—especially with senior management and external vendors 

• Strategic thinker who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving, and tech-driven environment 

Bonus Points If You Have 

• MCIPS/CIPS or other professional procurement qualifications 

• ITIL or IT Service Management certification 

• Experience leading or mentoring teams
