Mojou vášnou sú technológie a investovanie. Toto ma doviedlo až ku posobeniu v transaction advisory pre Venture Capital a Private Equity klientelu.

Zýskanie externého financovania môže byť skľučujúci proces. V neustále sa meniacom prostredí rizikového kapitálu môže byť hľadanie správneho investora náročné. (a zdoraznujem slovo správneho)

Nechcem ti hovorit ako riadit tvoj Start-up - ale pomožem sa ti zamerat na hlavné bolestivé body, s ktorými sa podnikatelia stretávajú pri hľadaní investície.

Pomoc si viem predstavit v 3 kategoriach:

  1. Investor Connect - pomozem vybrat vhodneho investora / fund a ako ich oslovit (a warm introduction ak je v mojom network)

  2. Pitch Improvement - pomoc zostavenia informačného memoranda (IM), Aké informácie zahrnúť? Čo hľadajú investori? Videl som desiatky pitching documents a IM vrátane dobrého, zlého a všetkého medzi tým.

  3. Fundraising - mentoring pri spusteni procesu pre ziskanie investicii a pociatocnych meetingoch.

I was part of the Private Equity Consulting arm, specialising in digital transformation projects for PE-backed portfolio companies and offering transaction advice to funds. I worked with largecap buyout funds such as Advent, Ardian, KKR, Blackstone, CVC, and EQT.
