Job description
We’re looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager that will help us boost and nourish what we are the best at – our customer success!
What will you do?
You will be actively working on creating the CSM strategy of the whole team
Coming up with new ideas and approaches in upsell / upgrade processes
Delivering experiments to make the CSM team work in line with PLG strategies
You will be in constant contact with our clients. You will be responsible for their onboarding, as well as nurturing the relationship throughout their whole life cycle
You will be also overlooking our churn and making sure it always stays on its lowest numbers :)
On top of this, you will be accountable for closing the deals and bringing new inbound approaches
Preferred experience
Do you have what it takes?
At least 2 years experience as Customer Success Manager
You have experience with CRM system and Pipeline Management Software
Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
You keep your head cold in all situations
You have an opportunity to become the Head of CSM, therefore leadership experience is very welcome
