With that being said, you will be one of the people our clients love and hate the most :).
You will be the one building the new relationships and maintaining the existing ones.
You will spend a lot of time on client’s calls, as well as in deep discussions with our marketing and product department.
We are searching for an independent individual with some experience from SaaS business.
You should care about people, both our clients and our team.
If you understand the terms such as PQL, SQL, NPS and churn, you are the one :).
What will you do?
Reach out and qualify new leads registered in Kontentino
Manage prospects from lead gen via demos, with the ability to articulate value proposition, navigate objections and foster relationships
Maintain activities to avoid churn
Use our CRM tool to keep the agenda always clean
Preferred experience
Do you have what it takes?
At least 2 years of experience in SaaS business
Fluent in business English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build successful client relationships and overcome objections/rejections
