Job description

The HR specialist should fully cover the role of HR representative for the company's branch in the United Kingdom and help to cover all HR UK legal requirements tasks as well as contribute to setting up the global processes from a local perspective.

  • Process all necessary documents and manage actions necessary for hiring new employees;

  • manage and maintain employee personnel folders;

  • support the hiring process and adaptation of new employees (onboarding);

  • support the preparation of working tools for employees;

  • promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization;

  • develop and implement policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management;

  • administer payroll and maintain employee records;

  • interpret and advise on employment law;

  • advise on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits;

  • active communication with the outsourced payroll processing company;

  • be a contact person in payroll matters for employees;

  • coordinate the process in the annual tax settlement, summarization of documents, informing employees, P45;

  • prepare salary sacrifice documents, monitor benefits and salary sacrifice schemes, monitor deductions;

  • personnel data management, prepare employment contracts, amendments and other HR-related documents;

  • monitor changes in legislation related to the employee's work and activities;

  • administrative tasks, prepare reports related to work in the HR department;

  • cooperate with the personnel agencies in the UK;

  • resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances;

  • provide HR policy guidance;

  • actively participate in Policies and Procedures creation;

  • identify training needs for teams and individuals, organization of training, and measure its effectiveness;

  • perform any other activity related to role scope and qualifications in line with direction from CHRO.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • MS Office - advanced;

  • demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times;
