We are looking for a creative, skilled and organized professional, who can elevate our position on various European markets. In this role, you will conceive, design, develop, operationalize and implement a series of sales programs together with our internal junior sales staff (in the second phase).

As someone who is digital and analytical in nature, data-driven approach is welcome in any and all initiatives that you will lead or support.

·        Communication strategy towards dealers

·        Acquisition of new B2B customers

·        Data collections (database scrapings)

·        Value proposition creation towards content websites or other partners

·        Affiliate model development + implementation

 ·       Junior staff development

Who are we looking for


We expect the suitable candidate will:
·        Understand the automotive market and have some level of experience with car dealers/car traders

·        Develop and implement the sales strategy with help of platforms like leadfeeder, hubspot etc.

·        Find new affiliate partners for our unique service

·        Be at home with digital sales strategies and execution

·        The candidate will not operate in a function of customers service. Once the customer is acquired, the onboarding and support is done through our customer service specialists.

·        Be able to communicate in Slack with rest of our team


·        Proven track record and experience in the field, ideally with great connections and experience within used cars trade industry.

·        Strategic: you have a strong vision for what our product can bring to used car dealers and potential reseller partners

·        Analytical: you are data driven professional with experience in building customer databases and effectively using digital sales opportunities

·        Cross-functional: you have experience with ecommerce marketing, as you will be partially in touch with our content team and IT team

·        Prioritization skills: you can effectively balance ongoing business operations and driving meaningful initiatives.

·        At least 3 years of digital sales experience .

·        Passion for serving customers and creating value.

·        You must be an individual contributor, you will not be here just to tell other people what to do – quite opposite. You will operate quite independently and only results matter.

·        Command of English language is a must, French, German or Italian an advantage
