Position: Bloomreach Academy Elevate Program, (Full time, limited period of time: 4-6 months)

Your responsibilities will be to:
Take on a role of a project manager/content specialist and deliver your own long-term project while meaningfully contributing to the other cross-functional team´s initiatives.
Gain the fundamental knowledge of the selected Bloomreach product
Deep-dive into existing training materials and analyze, consult, and provide actionable suggestions for improvement
Produce engaging training materials including scripts, visual boards, assignments, quizzes, exams, etc.
Supervise the post-production process with our external vendor by coordinating timelines, administering contracts, and organizing legal documents
Maintain active cross-collaboration with the Subject Matter Experts (SME), Content Specialists, and Marketing and Brand representatives
Assure successful launch of new courses in our LMS - Skilljar under the supervision of the Senior Content Specialist and Operations Specialist
Actively participate in ad-hoc projects/tasks with other cross-functional teams
