I contributed to the establishment and operational setup of a diplomatic representation of Bangladesh in Slovakia. I supported the development of bilateral relations between Slovakia and Bangladesh, with a focus on education, sustainability, and business cooperation. I initiated and coordinated student exchange opportunities and facilitated cross-cultural, academic, and professional collaborations. In addition, I engaged with key stakeholders to promote international partnerships and identify opportunities for investment and long-term cooperation.
As Project Manager at Germilicht, I lead the development of our antimicrobial light technology, which uses visible light to safely and continuously disinfect spaces. I managed the day-to-day operations, collaborated with partners, and ensured that our technology makes a real impact in improving health and hygiene.
Research of postnatal brain development. Examining the role of neuropeptides and neuromodulators in the brain development. Working with genetically modified SHANK3 deficient mice, through primary neuronal cell cultures, neuronal lines to various types of processing and evaluation of brain tissue using immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry, qPCR, Western blots and measurement of intracellular calcium levels.
As part of Lifbee Academy's 4-month incubator, my team and I developed a project concept Comfy based on biodegradable or compostable non-wovens.
In this project, we learned to do market research, understand customer needs, validate the problem, hypothesise, develop a business plan and do financial calculations.

The artificial production of biological tissue and regenerative medicine are at the heart of this research-based course, which combines biology, medicine and technology. Students are introduced to two new fields of biomedical sciences: the aim is, on the one hand, to replace defective parts in the human body and, on the other hand, to stimulate the body's own regenerative processes. The possibility of producing usable, natural human tissue such as skin, muscles or bones in the laboratory is one of the great challenges in medicine.
Specialization: Drug Development Management
The Medical and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology bachelor degree is taught in English and comprises theoretical courses and extensive laboratory practicals that cover the fundamentals of natural sciences, biomedicine and the applicable technologies to gain insights into human medicine and pharmaceutical science in order to acquire an understanding of the effects of medicines and their production.
These cover aspects such as the design of biopharmaceutical production processes and the basics of planning the related production facilities.
Besides acquiring fundamental scientific knowledge, the programme also focuses on biotech entrepreneurship, quality management, drug regulatory affairs,
communication and interpersonal skills and prepares for working in an interdisciplinary environment.
8-month intensive training programme linked to an innovation incubator focused on bio-entrepreneurship.
Graduates receive high-quality information and skills that they can immediately apply in practice. They attend more than 40 lectures in bio-entrepreneurship, regulation, economics, product development, marketing and teamwork, where they apply their knowledge to develop their own product. The programme has lecturers and guest lecturers such as CEOs of large and young companies, industry experts with many years of experience and lecturers with experience from abroad.
During the programme, participants work in multidisciplinary teams on their own start-up idea based on biotechnology. Together with their team, they find a solution to a problem they have defined, create a business plan, and a technical solution and test hypotheses directly with their customer. It is not a simulation. As a team, they build a network of new contacts.
