Chcela by som sa zapojiť do rôznych projektov dobrovoľníckej činnosti. Mojím cieľom je pomôcť tam kde je pomoc potrebná a zároveň si pri tom aj oddýchnuť a rozšíriť svoju sieť kontaktov.

Enhance data quality using customer, reseller and part matching tools. Responsibility for weekly report, checking and investigation of any data anomalies. Effectively resolve queries and communicate the results to the originator.

ready to help AT&T's residential customers at any time, and effortlessly provide guidance into their personal AT&T and email accounts. gained my first customer care experience and great teamwork practice to be always ready to help our customers and my peers.
After almost a year my team was challenged transfer to the Customer care (voice) agent for Uverse. A month didn't swing by without my voice of the customer being excellent. Therefore I must say that I appreciate and love this work experience as it challenged me yet build my character and skill set, both interpersonal and technical.
