Responsible for all company´s e-business activities including online strategy, e-commerce solutions, e-self-care and e-marketing via direct e-mails, social networks and interactive marketing. Focused on building up, acceleration and integration of e-business and multichannel sales integration within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • building up e-business in the Slovak Telekom (from initial idea to strategy and implementation, preparation and defending business case, hiring team, setting up processes and analyzing & controlling tools),
  • fulfillment of 3 main tasks of e-business: increase of customer satisfaction (e-self-care), increase of sales (e-commerce) and decrease of costs via providing easy access to actual and complete information (e-marketing),
  • monitoring and analyzing online trends and setting up development strategy,
  • development, deployment, marketing and management of all customer-facing web sites (redesign of information architecture based on customer usability studies, website structure and content, redesign and development of e-self-service for consumer and business segment),
  • direct online communication (direct e-mails, PPC, SEO and display ads),

  • direct management of e-managers team and indirect management of IT specialists team and back office agents,

  • 10% sales share within 2 years (from point zero),

  • setting up processes, conditions and environment for the possibility of selling almost all products via web w/o additional CAPEX.

  • automatization of penalties calculation (project postponed due to the new CRM system)
  • e-Assistance (analytical phase of the project successfuly finished, based on our results and recommendations, other phases of the project were postponed)

Responsibilities: Managing and development of infomanagement within the Residential Marketing and Sales Subunit via the intranet application Sales Portal. Responsible for pre-sales & post-sales support for sales channels within the company:

direct sales - shops and call centers; indirect sales - brand shops, agencies, authorized partners.

Managing team of 17 specialists in two localities.

Main achievements: Developing of a very strong support team for all sales channels. Author of the idea for developing simplification of order entering into CRM system, this solution shortened order entering from 35 to 15 minutes. Author of the idea of managing system for order flow, which enables e.g. implementation of online order tracking by customers = savings for company (decreased number of calls to Call Center).
