As Head of HR for a group of creative agencies and tech companies, I acted as a strategic partner to the founders and leadership teams, shaping the people strategy, culture, and organizational development across the group. I designed and implement HR systems that balance structure with creativity – ensuring transparent, human-centered processes that support growth and collaboration. My work connected strategic vision with practical delivery, covering the full employee lifecycle and leadership development. • Full delivery of Executive Search projects (including project management, communication with the client, team leadership and coordination, assessment of candidates, tailor-made solutions). - Delivery of comprehensive Management Consulting projects focused on individual and team development, assessment, and career counseling, including in-depth diagnostics. - Coaching, mentoring, and shadowing for leaders and specialists in Slovak and English. - Long-term development of relationships with candidates and clients, including business development in technical segments (Energy, Manufacturing, Construction). • Building up the company from scratch - a language school with focus on individual approach to each client. - Design and implementation of educational programs for companies, schools and private individuals, including innovative language courses for schools using drama education methods. - Managing a team of 20 lecturers. Hiring to select top talent, coaching and mentoring. - Delivery and coordination of combined language and soft skills trainings for business and individual clients in English. - Teaching English and German, Slovak for foreigners, Business English. - Daily operation - acquisition of new clients, coordination of courses and teachers, marketing, PR, financial management, administration.

Project management in the project focused on opening of new branches. Designing processes leading to a successful launch of a new branch. Participation in selection of new branch directors. Shadowing and coaching of branch directors.

Interpretation of all local communication for the Branch Network Director. Administration management, preparation and processing of materials. Active participation in several projects within the bank - introduction of new assessment centers for future branch directors, restructuring of the branch network, development activities for branch directors, coaching of branch directors. Selection procedures - setting selection criteria, conducting interviews, shortlisting and presentation of suitable candidates.

Teaching English and German, Slovak for foreigners, business English. Soft skills training in Slovak and English. Design and implementation of comprehensive language and soft skills training and assessment schemes for companies. English / Slovak translations (Banking, Pharmaceutical segment, Human Resources, Education) - interpreting (to and from English) - both simultaneous and consecutive.

Establishment of a new cytogenetic laboratory. Standardization of procedures and laboratory management.
