Project management in the project focused on opening of new branches. Designing processes leading to a successful launch of a new branch. Participation in selection of new branch directors. Shadowing and coaching of branch directors.
Interpretation of all local communication for the Branch Network Director. Administration management, preparation and processing of materials. Active participation in several projects within the bank - introduction of new assessment centers for future branch directors, restructuring of the branch network, development activities for branch directors, coaching of branch directors.
