Project Organiser: Muhl-ful-viertel
The Training Course will take place between the 11th and the 18th of April 2025 in Klaffer am Hochficht, Austria.
Overall goal: explore various aspects of your culture, such as myths, legends, music, food, and customs, in an interactive and collaborative environment.
Project objectives:
Building Resilience and Empowerment:
Equip youth workers with tools to cultivate resilience, emotional intelligence, and self-empowerment.
Provide frameworks to address the root causes of mental health challenges and develop strategies to support young people effectively.
Encouraging Self-Reflection and Identity Exploration:
Facilitate a deeper understanding of personal strengths and areas for growth through creative exercises and introspection.
Use storytelling and artistic methods as tools for resilience and personal empowerment.
Understanding the Hero’s Journey:
Introduce the Hero’s Journey as a powerful model for personal transformation and growth.
Empower participants to guide young people through their own journeys of self-discovery and overcoming adversity.
Fostering Nature Connection:
Highlight the scientifically supported mental health benefits of nature-based practices, such as mindfulness, self-awareness, and stress reduction.
Inspire participants to integrate eco-conscious and nature-oriented activities into their work, fostering sustainability alongside well-being.
Enhancing European Collaboration.
Working language: English.
Number of participants: 3 per country, 24 in total.
Ideal Participant profile: From 18 years old with good English communication skills.
Important information:
Accommodation, food, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.
Travel cost limits: reimbursed up to €275 directly by the organizer (no money goes through YYSK).
Each participant is individually responsible for the planning and implementation of the trip.
Extremely important: Keep all travel receipts and tickets for reimbursement, as the participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according their instructions.
Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organizers or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to take out health insurance, which is valid in Austria.
Only purchase tickets after receiving written confirmation from the organizers.
All participants must attend all sessions and participate in dissemination activities afterwards.
