Europe Unlocked (Networking Seminar)

The seminar will take place between 15th – 21st of December 2024 in Rzeszow, Poland.

Overall goal: to create an interactive environment wherethe change-makers can come together to make newrelationships, share their insights, and cultivate acollaborative network.

Project objectives: showcase talents, exchange innovative ideas, and develop cross-culturalprojects that resonate within the youth sector, utilizingthe support of Erasmus+ and similar initiatives.

Working language: English

Number of participants: 3 to 5

Ideal Participant profile:

• Youth leader, youth worker, educator, trainer, facilitator, mentor, or teachers;

• Motivated individual eager to learn about craft art therapy practices;

• Must be at least 18 years old with a good knowledge of English.
  

Important information:

Accommodation, food, materials, and travel costs (up to the maximum allowed amount) are covered.

Travel cost limits: reimbursed up to €275 directly by the organizer (no money goes through YYSK).
Each participant is individually responsible for the planning and implementation of the trip.

Extremely important: Keep all travel receipts and tickets for reimbursement, as the participant must keep the travel document to and from the destination and hand it over / send it to the project organizer according to his instructions.

Insurance: Travel insurance is NOT paid by the organizers or subsequently reimbursed. Each participant is obliged to take out health insurance, which is valid in Poland.

• Only purchase tickets after receiving written confirmation from the organizers.

• All participants must attend all sessions and participate in dissemination activities afterward.
