I’m here because I can offer practical experience that’s been working in real teams for years. I believe Agile makes sense mainly when it’s adapted to specific people, not when it’s pushed “by the book”.I believe in sharing what actually works, real-world experience, and an approach that helps Scrum teams set things up in a way that truly fits them. I’ve had several situations where people shadowed me in my Scrum Master work, and then we tackled challenges in their own teams together.I’m not the type to push my opinions. I want to understand first, ask lots of questions, and never give unsolicited advice. I’d rather find solutions together that make sense for both the team and the context.
