Built the infrastructure of a successful organization - led our G&A (General & Administrative) team responsible for Finance, People, Legal, Office & Business Operations.

- Co-created the acquisition data room to speed up the process & increase confidence in presented numbers. - Redefined KPI measurement, benchmarking, and forecasting to better understand our performance. - Relaunched pricing model & process, introducing a usage-based pricing model and comprehensive pricing catalog & collaborated on a CPQ tool (PandaDoc) implementation to improve gross margin. Exponea was acquired by Bloomreach in early 2021.

Worked with the CEO, COO, CFO and board to define the organizational rhythm & improve performance: - Delivered end-to-end process improvements with software implementations (CRM, commissions, HR, …) impacting 300+ Exponeans to improve scalability (increased FTE efficiency, reduced error rates) across sales, marketing, and back-office. - Supported €30+m fundraising rounds (from Seed to Series B) with deck design & investor communication. - Established organizational meeting & priority-setting rhythm, defined agenda, and orchestrated content to ensure the right message gets to the right person in the right way.
