Patrím do generácie, ktorá si svoju kariéru odpracovala. Postupne, učením sa od najlepších som sa vypracoval z programátora cez vedúceho vývojových tímov, manažéra až po mentora a kouča ľudí i manažérov.
Na tejto ceste som zistil, že môj rast a spokojnosť a šťastie prichádza vtedy, keď sa rovnomerne venujem nielen odbornému, ale aj osobnostnému rastu. Že tvorím zvnútra von. Ako premýšľam, tak sa mi život deje. A ak tieto princípy dokážem skombinovať s hard znalosťami, ako je komunikácia, riešenie konfliktov, skupinová dynamika, situačný leadership, stáva sa zo mňa skutočný leader.
A tieto skúsenosti teraz sprostredkovávam aj iným. Partnerskou a podporujúcou formou mentoringu a koučingu pomáham klientom stať sa autentickejšou verziou seba, svojho celého tímu aj svojej firmy a jej okolia.
