I'm an Engineering Director with 12+ years leading technical teams, most recently a 50+ engineer department, building a real-time platform for thousands of vehicles and scaling architecture across 40+ microservices.Before that, I worked as Head of Technology Consulting and Chapter Lead / Interim IT Manager, leading audits, building teams from scratch, and setting up engineering processes across multiple companies.Alongside this, I founded Od zajtra lídrom. A podcast and community for engineering leaders in CEE.
