I’m here because I can offer practical experience that’s been working in real teams for years. I believe Agile makes sense mainly when it’s adapted to specific people, not when it’s pushed “by the book”.
I believe in sharing what actually works, real-world experience, and an approach that helps Scrum teams set things up in a way that truly fits them. I’ve had several situations where people shadowed me in my Scrum Master work, and then we tackled challenges in their own teams together.
I’m not the type to push my opinions. I want to understand first, ask lots of questions, and never give unsolicited advice. I’d rather find solutions together that make sense for both the team and the context.
I’ve spent years wrangling teams in banking and pharma, making sure Agile isn’t just a fancy word people throw around in meetings. With a background in psychology, I get what makes teams tick (or completely lose it). Loaded up with certifications—Scrum.org, PMI-ACP you name it—I cut through the fluff and get things done.
I enjoy building Scrum understanding from scratch just as much as shaping and fine-tuning existing Scrum, Agile, or beyond ways of working. My energy is contagious (in a good way), and I co-founded Scrummunity because, let’s be real, sharing war stories and learning together is half the fun.
