- Running the show for 3 teams working on George Internet Banking & George Business solutions. - Pushing teams to think beyond the obvious and step out of their comfort zones. - Keeping the vibe positive, the tools sharp, and the processes smooth. - Breaking down roadblocks—whether within the team or at the management level. - Helping teams find their rhythm for stable delivery and predictable outcomes. - Guiding Product Owners to craft crystal-clear, value-driven backlogs. - Coaching on sprint goals, product goals, and keeping priorities on point. - Hosting scrum ceremonies that don’t feel like just another meeting. - Running workshops, off-sites, and making team events actually fun. - Connecting with other Scrum Masters across teams and organizations to keep the Agile game strong.

- close cooperation with managers to define their needs in matters of recruitment topics - set up end-to-end recruitment life cycle - headhunting, cooperation with personnel agencies - coordination of Onboarding/Offboarding process - definition and implementation of exit interviews and new hire satisfaction surveys - help with the organization of Hackathons - internal projects

- searching for appropriate candidates - phone interviews with candidates - organisation and participating in interviews and assessment center - work with our internal database - administrative support for HR Partners - administrative support of on-boarding processes - daily communication with candidates - evaluation of psychodiagnostics questionnaires (MBTI, ICL, TIP, NEO)
