• co-founded and led DASATO IDEA LAB, Slovakia’s first startup incubator for high school students, designing the program based on my research with more than 800 respondents to ensure real-world relevance. • led the program over 3 years, delivering hands-on workshops to more than 1,000 students. More than 100 student teams went through early-stage idea validation and execution. • worked directly with students as mentor and lecturer, building practical entrepreneurial skills and early founder mindset through learning-by-doing.
