Mentoring vnímam ako spôsob, ako odovzdať skúsenosti z takmer 20 rokov v biznise a leadershipu. Firmy vnímam ako „value-creation factories“. Rád pomôžem ľuďom, ktorí sa posúvajú do líderských rolí, robia strategické rozhodnutia a chcú vytvárať dlhodobú hodnotu pre zákazníkov aj tímy.
As a CEO, I focus on transforming organizations into sustainable value creation engines, combining disciplined execution with long-term strategic ambition.Since 2021, I have led O2 Slovakia, a Forbes TOP 50 company with €350M+ in revenues, 800+ colleagues, and over 2.4M mobile customers. Between 2021 and 2025, we increased revenues from €291M to €379M (+30%) and grew our active SIM base to 2.45M+, reaching the #1 position in total active SIMs in 2025.A key milestone was the successful completion of a large-scale network sharing transformation, improving both cost efficiency and network performance, and leading to O2 receiving the best network quality award in 2025 (OpenSignal).I believe that technology, people, and purpose together create lasting impact. I have led a full-scale digital and agile transformation, accelerating execution and improving customer experience. With 10+ years of senior leadership experience in telecoms, I have delivered complex transformations and built strong stakeholder relationships locally and internationally. I lead with accountability and clarity, empowering teams to challenge the status quo and deliver sustainable results.Beyond business, I stay engaged in education, sports, and community initiatives. This is reflecting my belief in building stronger, more connected societies.

As CMO of O2 Slovakia, I co-founded and launched a new digital-first telecom brand built from scratch to serve a growing segment of digitally native customers. Inspired by the transformation brought by companies like Revolut, we reimagined the mobile experience around seamless digital onboarding, self-service, and simplicity. Today, Radosť (Joy) continues to serve a growing base of subscribers and stands as a successful example of how established companies can innovate with a startup mindset.
