Maintaining publicly available developer tools that run in production systems — the same engineering standards I apply to client work, in the open. - Standards Implementation: bysquare, a library implementing Slovakia's national banking standard for payment QR codes (PAY by square). Invoicing systems use it to generate the code a customer scans in their banking app to have the payment filled in automatically. Shipped in both TypeScript and Go. - Developer Tooling: Generating server and client code from API specifications, and enforcing test coverage in CI — removing manual work and catching regressions before release. - Upstream Contributions: Fixes, reviews, and documentation for the libraries I rely on in commercial projects. Built on simplicity over unnecessary complexity, no vendor lock-in, and ownership from code to production.
