Mám dlhoročnú prax v oblasti ľudských zdrojov, najmä v recruitmente a headhuntingu. Pôsobím aj ako kariérový poradca a aktuálne sa venujem sociálnym inováciám a rozvoju projektov s pozitívnym spoločenským dopadom. Ako mentor chcem pomôcť ľuďom lepšie sa zorientovať vo svojich možnostiach, objaviť svoj potenciál a premeniť nápady na konkrétne kroky. Rada podporím tých, ktorí riešia kariérne smerovanie, chcú rozvíjať svoje projekty alebo hľadajú spôsob, ako efektívne spolupracovať s rôznymi cieľovými skupinami a budovať hodnotné partnerstvá.

I help people find direction in their careers, especially when they feel stuck, lost or unsure about their next step. Through my work in HR and career guidance, I’ve seen how many capable people struggle with questions like:
