- Leading physical buildup of Global Service Center in Bratislava - Secure smooth operational performance of the shared service center by delivering internal services to the organization and fulfilling all legal requirements - Responsible for operational cost control, budgeting, transfer pricing, KPIs and reporting - Implementation of cross-functional tools, support in problem resolution, IT deployments - Leading M&A and carve-out projects for the Shared Service Center - Setup and general management of branch offices in 9 countries (Austria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Serbia and South Africa) - Responsibility for Sales Support organization across 3 continents, delivering services for all Covestro Business Units and its customers - Responsibility for Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs) - Support for local and global projects

- Lead Finance organization located in Bratislava and Beijing - Scope: Shared Service Center in Slovakia, EMEA Services, EMEA Supply Chain and Operations - Coordinate and direct the preparation of the annual budget and monthly financial forecasts, support month-end and quarter-end close process - Achieve budgets by scheduling expenditures, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions - Develop and issue monthly financial reports to Services VP and Supply Chain & Operations VP, financial advisory for the Services and Supply Chain leadership teams - Maintain accurate cost tapes for Pricing teams, oversee special bid pricing for Services - Financial business partner to EMEA Services Sales Director - Controller of Bratislava Shared Service Centre, manage the accuracy and productivity of day-to-day activities of Financial Operations (budgeting, forecasting, cost control, charging, accounts payable, fixed asset records etc.)

- Lead Services Operations organization located in Bratislava and Beijing - Manage spend, operations and program management functions for organization with annual cost in excess of $190 million. - Accountability extends to planning, forecasting, implementing cost saving initiatives and achieving warranty budget. - As management team member, participate in strategic planning, including organizational design, service model design and investment opportunities within Services. - Responsibility for Service Readiness / New Product Introduction, Sales Operations, Business Transformation/IT, Vendor Billing and Reporting functions for EMEA Services. - Establish and manage 3rd party service providers (call center, service supply chain, field services) - Manage integration of acquisition of Medion AG (Services) - Organizational resource planning, performance management, coaching and development.

- Manage integration of acquisition (Barclays Industrie Bank / Barclays Industrie Leasing) in Germany for Operations function; processes, systems, reporting, regulator approvals (BAFIN) - Transition of sales support and customer service into shared service center model from Germany to Ireland - Design and implementation of business management system for European Operations. Lean Six Sigma deployment, consultancy and mentoring of projects. - Operational cost reduction through business process improvement and change management.

- Held various people management and individual contributor roles within Services - Setup and lead of Quality & Training organization (up to 15 employees). - Program management for EMEA-wide organization – Customer Experience and Warranty Cost (EMEA-wide Program Lead)
