What do we expect from you?
Written & Spoken English - at least Advanced, ideally Fluent
Written & Spoken Slovak - at least Advanced
Problem Solving - 50% of what will do is essentially solving problems
Excellent Communication & Project Management Skills - managing a client relationship, managing deadlines, managing a tracking document
Willingness to learn new digital technologies - the goal would have you become skilled in Bloomreach as well as the Datacop Analytics Framework
What are good bonus points to have?
Experience analysing data and analytics technologies
Excel, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tableau, R, Google BigQuery
Experience with e-commerce data & marketing technologies
Bloomreach, Synerise, Klavyio, Mailchimp, Optimizely, Google Tag Manager,
Knowledge of Statistics and experience with applying Statistics to practice
Business interest in e-commerce and the digital economy
Basic Knowledge of coding languages - you are not expected to code, however understanding basics enables much better teamwork with our technical roles
HTML/CSS, Javascript, SQL, Python,
What can you expect from us?
First 2-3 months you will enter a training period, where you will not own a client relationship directly. You will be given onboarding lessons and exercises worth 4000$ on the market to do internally with the support of a Senior Consultant.
You will learn from and receive support from Experts in Bloomreach, Google Cloud Platform and Tableau
You will have the opportunity to be part of re-designing the e-commerce shopping experience and the e-commerce analytics framework
If things go well, we believe after 1-2 years you will be an expert in digital analytics for e-commerce
If things go well, we will be able to give you more responsibility depending on how quickly you learn
