“Migrant Lisa: The Portrait of Today’s Europe”

We are looking for motivated young people to take part in an international Erasmus+ Youth Exchange exploring migration, asylum, and the realities shaping today’s Europe.

Location :Râmnicu Vâlcea, Romania

Arrival: 08 July 2026
Activities: 09–16 July 2026
Departure: 17 July 2026

About the Project

This youth exchange will bring together participants from Romania, Slovakia, Sweden, Türkiye, and North Macedonia.Through non-formal education methods, we will explore:

Migration and refugee experiences
European values and inclusion
Intercultural dialogue and understanding
Critical thinking and active participation

Participants will also co-create project outputs and contribute to dissemination activities.

Who Can Apply?

We are looking for:

Young people aged 18–30
Interested in migration and social topics
Open-minded and willing to engage in intercultural learning
Motivated to actively participate

Each group will include:

6 participants
1 group leader (no age limit)

We especially encourage:

First-time Erasmus+ participants
Young people with fewer opportunities

Accommodation & Food

Participants will stay in shared rooms (2–4 people) in nearby accommodations in Râmnicu Vâlcea.
All accommodation and meals are covered by the project.

Travel & Costs
Travel costs are reimbursed based on Erasmus+ distance bands
Participants must use economical travel options
A 50 EUR transport fee will be deducted (except for green travel participants)
Participants must keep all tickets and boarding passes
