As Marketing and Communication manager at UYN you will be in charge of developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans and communication strategies in order to attract new customers and promote the growth of the brand. You will manage and inspire a team, working closely with graphics, content, social media, sales and product management departments.
Responsibilities:
Working in partnership with the creative team, develop strategies to meet objectives for all advertising, B2C and B2B communications, including print, digital, and video
Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies
Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns
Monitor campaigns, ensuring their staff meets deadlines and complete necessary tasks
Analyze data to evaluate the success of the marketing effort and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing
Activating and managing sponsorship and partnership deals
Planning and implementation of tradeshows and sporting events with partners.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns, preferably in the textile and sportswear industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
Fluency in English: written and oral communications
Good network of PR contacts, media, influencers, professional teams and athletes is a plus.
