About the position
We are looking for a very well-organized individual who will stay with the team as their key support system for the long run. Someone who is good at dealing with problems, has a process-oriented mindset to ensure always-on-time quality delivery and knows how to make things happen. You will be closely working with the legal team, contributing to our goal to provide the best possible customer experience.
Your responsibilities
Execute the registration of new trademarks, including:
Drafting and submitting trademark applications
Interacting with clients, enabling them smoothly sail through Trama’s registration process
Communicating with our partner law firms abroad
Processing simple submissions and communicating with the IP offices across the world
Be the partner of our legal team and ensure keeping records of customer interactions and taking care of existing and potential clients
Over time, come up with new ideas on how to improve the efficiency of our internal processes and contribute to the development of the legal operations team.
Reasonable experience with processes such as client intake, case management, and business operations. Legal background or experience in a law firm is an advantage
Exceptional discipline and reliability with an eye for detail is a must
Serious care in making decisions or choices and anticipating obstacles
A process-oriented mindset with good task management and critical thinking
Fluent English in speaking and writing (C1 level)
Support in your professional growth, detailed feedback, and mentoring
