Basic molecular biology experience:
Working with nucleic acids (cloning, PCR, etc.)
Working with proteins (protein expression and purification, Western blot, etc.)
Experience working with yeast cultures:
Culturing yeast cells
Transformation/genetic engineering of yeast cells
Protein production and purification from yeast cells
Experience working with mammalian cell cultures:
Basic culturing of mammalian cells (advanced techniques are not mandatory, but welcomed)
Experience working with RNA.
