Senior Production Manager

You will be in charge of scaling production of a complex opto-electronic device from pre-series to a full production ramp-up. The job is challenging and offers an amazing growth opportunity

-Scaling of production from pre-series to pilot production to production ramp-up

-Design and optimisation of the production process

-Management and coordination of the production team

-Management and coordination of external cooperation

-Cooperation on the definition and design of testing processes and tools

-Review and management of production documentation

-Planning of resources and keeping delivery dates

-Finished technical university education

-experience in manufacturing (preferably of opto-electronics, electronics) or development of electronics hardware (and software)

-Fluent English (written and oral)

-Expert MS office

-Knowledge of ERP systems

-CAD/CAM basics

-Understandings of SW development

-Understanding of electronics development

-Understanding of hardware design

-IT savvy
