Developing workflows for collection of training data and data augmentation

Training and fine-tuning neural networks for object detection and classification

Fluent Python and its key scientific libraries (Numpy/Scipy/Matplotlib/Pandas)

Proven ability to train neural networks, experience with transfer learning, fluency in one of the key deep learning libraries (preferably Keras)

Software development in Linux, fluency in Bash and associated tools (sed/grep/awk etc)

Practical knowledge of OpenCV

Ability to read scientific papers in computer vision and extract and implement ideas from these

Mentor younger members of the team
