Product Designer

Collaborate closely with Design and Product Leadership to define features and contribute to the overall direction of the product

Develop wireframes, behavioral specifications and personas

Act as the user-advocate during the development process, subjecting early stage designs to usability testing or expert review, and offering implementation suggestions from a user-centered perspective

Design elegant solutions to complex workflows

Initiate, suggest, and spearhead major UI refactorings for a more intuitive user experience

Partner with engineering to ensure that our implementation and user experience are of high-quality

Use and evolve our design system in order to craft flows and prototypes

Solicit feedback from your peers, including other product designers and teammates in your product team

Work in close collaboration with design leadership to inform and improve our design processes

2+ years of experience in an individual contributor role, on a Product Design team for desktop or mobile

An outstanding portfolio showcasing your process utilizing UCD approach, developing insights and implementing them into user flows

Solid understanding of building usable, and modular designs that can scale

Ambition in working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid growth environment

Solid foundation in Typography, Interaction and Visual Design, and Ideation is a plus

Experience working with Product Managers to develop the strategy and rationale for features

Experience with rapid prototyping as a means to explore and convey design solutions

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Slovak)
