As a fulltime Finance and Office Manager, you will ensure that the Bratislava office is running smoothly and that all outstanding tasks for the day are completed. In addition, large part of your job will be to keep track of all invoices for different projects, assisting with completing requests from clients and directly reporting to the PMO and the Principals. In this fast-paced role, the ideal high potential candidate will gain deep insight in the industries Palatin Group is active in, including security, business intelligence and advisory. The candidate should possess a unique blend of skills to excel in an international environment, with superb organizational and communication skills, be proactive, operate autonomously as appropriate and produce superior work products under short deadlines. Minimum advanced (written and spoken) English is a MUST.

Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information and keeping track of all invoices to be paid, including processing payments.
Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets.
Attending meetings with senior management and principals.
Weekly meetings with Finance Managers in the U.S. offices.
Continuous updates in Microsoft Excel and other software on all projects involved in.
Responsible for creating weekly status reports.
Organizing meetings and managing project and financial databases.
Booking transport and accommodation for senior management and principals.
Organizing company events and conferences.
Ordering stationery and IT equipment.
Handling correspondence and mail.
Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
Individually resolve problems when required.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to speak with confidence and ownership.
Degree in a related discipline or advanced degree preferred.
Advanced written and verbal proficiency in English. Fluent in Slovak.
Exposure or knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.
1-3+ years’ experience as office manager.
Will interview highly skilled recent graduates with an advanced degree if proven language abilities and organizational skills are demonstrated.
